Government Contracts Breakfast Seminar - Proposed Changes to the FLSA’s Exemption Rules

October 1, 2015

The K&C Government Contracts & Construction Practice Group is pleased to announce a series of breakfast seminars on critical issues that affect government contractors. The scheduled seminars will provide attendees with up-to-date information on these ever-changing topics and outline their impact on contractors.

As if complying with the FLSA isn't hard enough, the rules are changing. New regulations will redefine the exemptions from overtime, making an estimated 1,000,000 currently exempt employees eligible for overtime pay. Join Labor & Employment attorneys Scott Kezman and Randy Sparks for a discussion of the new regulations and what you need to know to properly reclassify your employees.
