Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce the 41^st Annual Employment Law Update – Under the Big Top will be held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The employment law seminar will provide attendees with the tools necessary to stay on top of the constantly changing employment law arena. Whether a large corporation or small business, anyone involved in employment decisions and/or practices will benefit from attending this timely seminar.

Attendees will receive updates on important legal changes brought about by the new proposed EEOC guidance on workplace harassment and new wage-hour regulations from the DOL. You will be encouraged to ask questions of our employment law specialists and key employment agency representatives throughout the day. Attendees can also earn up to 6 credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and 6 PPCs toward SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

This seminar will be held on May 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $375 for the first registrant and $355 for each additional registrant from the same company.
