    Trey serves as Of Counsel in our Norfolk office, where he brings extensive experience and dedication to the Estate Trust and Wealth Transfer team. Trey focuses on assisting clients in preserving vital Medicaid, SSDI, and SSI benefits for themselves and their loved ones through strategic use of irrevocable trusts and other tailored instruments. His practice is characterized by a deep commitment to ensuring that clients’ estate plans are not only comprehensive but also meticulously aligned with their long-term goals.

    Trey works closely with a network of financial advisors, Certified Public Accountants, and other professionals to create and implement robust estate plans.
