Ann K. Crenshaw Named Vice Chair of Lender Representation Practice Group
Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Ann K. Crenshaw was recently named Vice Chair of the firm’s Lender Representation practice group. The Lender Representation practice group offers legal guidance to some of Virginia’s largest banks, credit unions across the country, and many local and regional institutions.
Ms. Crenshaw’s practice includes commercial real estate services in the areas of zoning, land use, development and transactions, including purchasing and leasing. She has an active practice representing lenders and borrowers in transactional matters and she is Co-Chair of the Infrastructure & Transportation Industry Team.
Ms. Crenswhaw earned her A.B. from Sweet Briar College and her J.D. from the College of William & Mary School of Law.
